PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO and MEDIA:

All photographs, videos, or media, taken during our excursions might be published by Arctic Explorers Norway AS. Unless differently agreed upon written request, the client acknowledges that all photographs, videos, or media taken during the tour can be publicly displayed and put for sale by Arctic Explorers Norway AS.

The photographer(s) and Arctic Explorers Norway AS own the copyright of all pictures and or videos taken during the excursion and by posing for our team, you are automatically allowing us to publish your pictures on our website, our Facebook page, our advertising, and possibly sell your picture to a third party.

If you do not want your pictures to be published and become property of the photographer and Arctic Explorers Norway AS, please let us know in writing to post@arcticexplorers.no. 
If a special license has not been purchased, the images may be provided with Arctic Explorers Norway AS logo, tourphotos logo, or another logo or watermark.

Arctic Explorers Norway AS does not sell the ownership nor the copyright of an image, but only the license to use it.

The re-distribution of our photos, or the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format is not allowed without an extended or special license.

You may not lease, sell, or redistribute, publish, or use for any commercial or public purpose any Arctic Explorers Norway AS images unless an extended license for product resale or a special license with free rights for the image was purchased.

You can use Arctic Explorers Norway AS images for any personal projects without time, location, or number constraints.

All Arctic Explorers Norway AS images are provided as downloadable JPG files. We do NOT sell hard copies nor any kind of prints unless differently agreed upon private requests.

Once a purchase is made, we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.

The link gives right to 5 downloads per item purchased and will expire 15 days after purchasing.

All photos in our galleries are processed by other partners which are online cloud-based companies. Make sure to agree with the services before you use them.

All photos are uploaded in our web gallery partner www.TourPhotos.com.

You are not allowed to use Arctic Explorers Norway AS media, or media that you produce of Arctic Explorers Norway AS, or any media of the operations, in any way that places the photographer or other customers in a bad light.

You are not allowed to use Arctic Explorers Norway AS media, or media that you produce of Arctic Explorers Norway AS, or any media of the operations, in any manner that is considered libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or illegal.
